What to do
Mix the dry ingredients EXCEPT the citric acid in a mixing bowl.
Put all of the wet ingredients in a jar. Seal tightly and give it a good old shake.
Pour the liquid mix into the dry. Mix with your hands to combine until the mixture has the texture of wet sand.
Add the citric acid. You will see a slight fizzing reaction, this is normal don’t worry.
Press the mix very tightly into your chosen molds.
Carefully take the bath bomb out of the mold and place them on baking paper to dry out.
Leave them out for a day or two so that they are completely dry before using.
To use : Drop one of the bombs in the bath to see them fizz away and produce beautifully coloured water and a gorgeous scent.
Why not use them as gifts? Wrap them and give them as a little treat for mum or other family members!
