Long term placements

CDI contract or a placement of 9 weeks + 
A non-refundable deposit of 150 Euros is required to confirm our contract and to commence the search for your ideal nanny. This fee is redeemable against the final placement fee.

Upon successful placement of a candidate, Emily Rose Nannies charges a one time placement fee totaling 15% of the candidates net annual salary.

We endeavor to create a lasting match for every family, however if a problem arises within the first 8 weeks of placement we will do our best to find a replacement free of charge.

Short term placements

Short term placements are those lasting 8 weeks or less.
A non-refundable 150 Euro registration fee is required to open your file and find your nanny. This fee is redeemable against the final placement fee.
The agency fee for short term placements is 150 euros per week.

Employer responsibilities

The family are responsible for the costs related to interviewing a candidate.

Salary should correspond to qualifications held, experience, previous salaries and if accommodation is provided.
Emily Rose Nannies is able to advise on the salary, but ultimately, it is the choice of the employer.

The family is responsible for the related social security charges.

The child carer is entitled to 2 full days off per week and 5 weeks of paid holiday (per annum).
Please ensure that you are aware of the French Labor Laws.

In addition, all work related expenses are the responsibility of the family.
This includes a contribution towards travel costs, any snacks the nanny will buy whilst out with the children, tickets for outings, cost of learning resources and materials.

If you have had a nanny previously, we suggest putting them in touch with your new child carer as she will have invaluable insight and tips for the new nanny.
